HUBB UK 2016

Is anyone from this forum going to HUBB U.K. in just over a weeks time. I'll be there from Thursday afternoon in my red 4x4 Sprinter. Maybe see you there :-)

I will be there, along with John (Silverfox). I think I am presenting a talk on Thursday afternoon. I hadn't planned on it but presenters get in free and get a t-shirt so what the heck! I am sure you will spot Tembo and Bessie parked up somewhere and we can keep an eye out for a red Sprinter.

Had a good time at HUBB 2016. The new venue worked out pretty well. The weather was mostly rain and grey skies but still well attended. Not many travel films this time, or I didn't see any. Lots of good information sessions, lessons learned etc. Quite a few 4x4s including the heavies.

I did notice quite a few of the presenters' presentations ending up as pitches for their various businesses...which may have been present before and I just didn't notice. Not anything necessarily wrong with that as long as it doesn't get out of control.

Great bands on Friday and Saturday.

All in all a good time!
