I have allocated a pitch that can 'stretch' according to who turns up, this being within spitting distance of the Event Office. So whoever wants to be on there simply tell the gate staff when you arrive that you're going to be on the "4x4 Overland Travel Forum" pitch, they'll then direct you straight there rather than the regular campsite.

I'll have the banner erected for when you arrive, so no mistaking it.

Me I'm off to Stratford-upon-Avon Racecourse tomorrow morning (Monday 21st) so thereafter I shall only be available via mobile on 07958 216266 as I'll have no internet access for emails, so either text or phone me direct about ticket collection, etc.

Camping and Day Admission can be purchased on the day.

I think you will meet a few overlanders at the racecourse Tom, or at least a few flashed me along road as they were heading in the Stratford direction earlier today. I am hoping to be along Friday after work until Monday but if you need any help I should be free Tue & Wed evening. Saw your vehicle at Peterborough but no sign of you on Saturday?

I've not got tickets to AO15 yet, bout to head to your website and see what is what.

I'm looking to pop down from Bolton, I'm not looking to have 3 nights camping so trying to decide whether it's worth lust popping down for the day or not, but I don't want to miss the rugby either.
Enjoyed it last year.

I attended the show on Saturday ( unfortunately Commitments meant we couldn't camp over the weekend as we have done previously) the parking area certainly looked busier than last year with some interesting vehicles!
although we noticed some of the usual suspect exhibitors/traders missing found them replaced by equally interesting products/ suppliers/ people so all in all a very good day
and it was with a twinge of sadness that we set off home Saturday evening driving round the back of the camping area thinking that we should have been there

hope the traders etc found it rewarding enough

Hello folks! Eventually I'm back online, my apologies for the delay.

Following 'Sunny Stratford' we popped over to Vethem in Germany for the Adventure Northside show ... which was equally as sunny and equally as successful. The kit, the friendliness and the general atmosphere of both events was beyond expectation. Stratford (AO`15) was the biggest and best yet, and the inaugural show in Vethem (AN`15) was also incredible.

Thanks for all the feedback, photos and kind words. There simply wouldn't be a show at all without YOU - you know who you are!!!

When my frazzled brain eventually settles down I can go into the highs and lows of both events (although the lows were virtually non-existent), but just for now I have an email list that runs into the 100's. Cut out the spam, I'll answer the remaining few ASAP.

Is any body going to put some photos up, or even their views on the 2 events,
So fed up we missed them both, because we had to move, new landlord was not willing to keep it open for, nearly said no,
but really need central heating for the winter, better than chopping firewood and collecting coal, no more cleaning out the
fire's on freezing cold morning .
