| ok last week we did a lamb carcas in the ground oven at my mates finca,,,,,,put it in about 2 in the afternoon and took it out at 9pm after a few drinkies,,,,so after about 7 hours slow cooking it was lifted out and put on the table,,,,it was cooked just right so tender and it was all spiced and herbed up,,,loverly,,,,  ,,      nothing like a good fire,,,,,, | |
