| Sounds like a plan to me, I'm only about 40minutes from Milton Keynes and I think Tom is even closer. I'm not back into the uk until the 17th of the month but after that if you want to meet up and discuss sounds good to me just need to put a few things in place but it's looking good to me | |

| A meet towards the end of the month in Banbury sounds good - about the same distance for the three of us. | |

| Banbury sounds fine, hopefully we can find a location where we can lay out some maps and have wifi available. But may have to wait a bit. next weekend is the mother-in-law's 60th and then i am off to Mali to run security training until 6 December. So possibly after that but then we are into the silly season. No real rush at this point, maybe we could plan for January to meet and start planning? | |

| Back home now, will check out dates at work on Monday and will have a better idea when I will be leaving home on route to Malaga to meet up with the rest of the party.

| I've been talking to a guy from the frontera owners who has organised a few trips in Wales and he would like to go little further a field. I mentioned this trip to him and he seems very interested if there is space.
I sending him web site link hopefully he will be along shortly to introduce himself.

Room for a little 'un? Fine with me. Tembo, what do you reckon, it was your original idea after all?

| Sure! That would be great. I hadn't thought about it much but I don't see any issue with four vehicles. I would say we wouldn't want more than six-ish max.
Back from Mali Friday. Then I guess the next steep is to arrange our first planning session in January in Banbury. Maybe somewhere around the middle of the month if that works for everyone.

| Saturdays 12th or 14th? Anyway, 19th January would be better for me ... any offers? Don't think Tuggy has said yes or no. Think he said he wants to, but is still undecided. | |

| You’re not going to believe this … according to the AA Road Planner:-
Tom Mc: Bedworth – Banbury 35.6 miles ~ 0 hr 54 min Tembo: Milton Keynes – Banbury 35.5 miles ~ 0 hr 51 min Wideformat4x4: Marcham – Banbury 35.4 miles ~ 0 hr 47 min Colley2.8: He lives in Worcestershire, but don’t know exactly where. Okay, assuming he lives in just about the most easterly part of the county (although chances are he’ll be directly opposite) - Honeybourne – Banbury 34.3 miles ~ 1 hr 03 min
Honestly, it’s that close. Talk about midway!
If nobody knows the area, I would therefore suggest meeting at 7.30 - 8.00 19th January 2013 at “The Exchange” (a Wetherspoons pub), 49-50 High Street, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 5LA.
NOTE: Be aware there is another Whetherspoons pub just 0.2 miles away called the Fleur-de-Lis. If you end up here, you’ll be like Billy No Mates as we’ll all be the other one. Then again if the majority got it wrong …

| Sounds like a plan, Wetherspoons = cheap food might as well get something to eat while there | |

| As you say, 43 miles ain't much more than us, so all's well if Tembo agrees.
Cheap grub, my thoughts exactly! Also there are normally plenty of nooks and crannies at 'Spoons' pubs where we can break out the maps. Also noticed on their website that The Exchange has Wifi - could be useful.
