Need to pick yer brains - it won't take long!!!

As you all know by now, Sheelah (African GirlChild) & Oyvind Helgerud (Viking Explorer), are about to embark on their epic Kapp 2 Cape adventure from the most northerly point on the European mainland - Nordkapp in Norway - all the way down to Cape Agulhas in South Africa, the southern-most tip of Africa.

Sheelah mentioned they are having some business cards made to distribute en route, so the question is ...

What could they have printed on the rear of these business cards to benefit others along the way.

My suggestion was to have a 2013 calendar on the reverse side (especially handy in Africa where accessibility to such basic items such as a calendar is all but impossible in poor regions), but I'm sure there is something else far better just waiting to be found - any ideas?
