1996 jeep grand cherokee

i have a 1996 jeep grand cherokee that im planning to do a uk to south africa trip in. any advice or tips i no need to do springs shocks bushes and tyres

Stock or standard vehicles work well, but it cant hurt adding beefier suspension and tyres, especially if the terrain varies. There is lots of, off the shelf equipment for jeeps. TJM, ARB or Iron man is IMO the best suspension. Lots of tyres, All Terrains work best IMO.

A Set of extra reversing lamps or work lamps come in handy and arguably a front set of spots.

If you can fit any accessories or kit yourself you will save £££££££££££ in labour costs. Best place to buy expedition equipment is Oec international.
