Anyone use beadlocks on their wheels?

Personaly ive never needed to air down to 10psi and risk my tyre coming off the alloy but i didnt know if anyone used them off road overland on snow or rocks? I expect they use them alot in the US.

Many commercials have them, and for very good reason; but for a normal 4X4 there is little reason for them and their associated expense under normal off roading conditions.
