Friend of mine is looking at purchasing either a 2001 Shogun 3.2 diesel or a 2004 L200 warrior and was wondering which had the better towing capability. clinking teacups

01/ 3.2 diesel LWB has a towing weight of 3300Kg and the SWB is lower.

Warrior is around 2000Kg.

You've obviously not towed with a Trooper with 3,500Kg on the back Tom, not recommended as it pushes the back end everywhere and is dangerous.

I only had 2800Kg's on the back, this is the reason many were derated on later models.
