| Hey all Im Jim from Jersey, long time green oval owner. Had a few discovery's done the spending money to make it go and flex etc, had to give it up as tin worm and lack of finances took over. So ive recently purchased a 110 that has got some big overlanding credentials from a guy that didnt know what he really had for not as much as i think it was worth... It has a long list of extras, like full length roof rack, brownchurch roof tent, side lockers, swing away spare wheel carrier, up-rated shocks and springs, Pto winch, etc etc... It needs some tlc, and a grinder, and a bit of new tin, and the delicate application of a hot metal glue gun (aka a welder) and a few hundred quid and it'll be like new(ish) again and once that's done and its back otr i plan to start building it into a usable overlander for short trips away to the green lanes that run through France, down as far as the Pyrenees maybe as far as Morocco one day... So be prepared for some brain picking, and the bump of some old threads | |
