PostSubject: Finally back in work   Finally back in work EmptyThu Apr 05, 2012 2:46 am

It's taken quite a while, had to go self employed for a while but; Went for an interview this morning and was offered the job on the spot. It was the age old thing- job wasn't advertised but knew someone.....so got in quick.

I will be working as a chauffuer for an executive transfer company. They wouldn't let me use my Terios though:lol: I shall be using either a Volvo S80, Mercedes E240 or Chrysler Voyager (hope I don't have to drive THAT piece of poop too often!). And the best bit is that although it will take a few weeks, THEY are paying all the costs for my tests etc.

Think I might even have a little drinkies tonight.....

Thanks matey. Prefer the Volvo myself - much more comfortable after 12 hours! I do believe that Volvo make the best car seats in the world!

Eh, so long as your don't have to pay for it! - Do you get a company fuel card or does the fuel money come out of your wage?

Fuel card and basic salary and ALL weekend work as OT, 2 suits, the whole lot and £13.00 per day food allowance! All in all it's not a bad deal at all - uite looking forward to it.
