Hello all
Started looking at this forum on the back of booking a trip to the pyrenees with Tom. Hoping to have more time this year so european trip inplanning stages too. Land rover is vehicle of choice currently, (Freelander 2, defender 90 and son has 1968 series 2a) Looking forward to using forum for info and tips!

I'll make sure the drinks cabinet is fully stocked and take a spare fork for the sardines (or are spanish sardines that tough?) cheers1

Hi John, welcome to the funny farm! Don't believe a word they say about me ... well ... 50% maybe ... well ... better make that 90% to be on the safe side. Embarassed

I don't remember that photo being taken Yoda, nice one. No, Spanish sardines aren't that tough DJ, but they are exceedingly smelly. Another good use for that leatherman (on my belt virtually all year except for the odd football match or a flight - the boys in blue seem to take exception to multi-tools, as do security staff at airports), is for lifting juicy steaks off the barbeque before they get cremated. The times I've been at a BBQ and the grub turns to charcoal before your very eyes. Nowadays I simply bring the leatherman into play and hey presto, steaks and chops cooked to perfection without burnt fingers. cheers
