Are you happy or unhappy with an experience you had? | |

| Fortunately we've not needed recovering from within central Europe but have always used the AA European cover which seems reasonably priced for what's included. | |

| Don't trust any of them!
A friend paid for recovery and paid the 10+ year old vehicle supplement. Needed recovering guess what they refused on grounds that costs were more then vehicle is worth. We got him back to UK and they agreed to recover him from the port.
I had accident recovery. Had a slight incident and wanted recovering. Guess what? They refused to recover it as they said accident occurred offroad. Yes damaged occurred offroad! About four yes 4 metres off tarmac
Be warned

| parents have a chevy day van which had an electrical fault causing the engine to cut out on the mountain passes in the pyrenees ... RAC sorted them, hire car for duration of the trip, flight home then a taxi from the air port aswell as hotels along the way, although it took them 4 weeks to recover the vehicle back i think best policy if you can fix it do, if you can't ... try harder | |

| Blimey - £59? That's excellent. Will be doing my homework next time my RAC renewal comes up. | |
