Has anyone done a recent trip across Morocco 2016

Hi, I'm trying to get a feel of what Morocco is like at the moment. I used to see loads of groups going off at various times throughout the year, but haven't seen any in recent months. Is this due to me not looking in the right places or is everyone giving Morocco a miss in the current climate?

We have a potential group planning on going on the 18th March 2016, but some have concerns as to safety out there with the likes of ISI and Al Qaeda.

A group from this forum went last year, April I believe, which was their second trip. Staying away from the tourist traps in the west, they went right over to the barren east of Morocco near the Algerian border. No problem whatsoever!

I travelled thru morocco in august last year and everything was fine, I recently checked the foreign office web site advice for travellers after somebody else queried the safety of morocco and found that the advice had NOT changed since I travelled
