Kamasa Tools Empty
PostSubject: Kamasa Tools   Kamasa Tools EmptyMon Jul 07, 2014 2:44 am

Last year I purchased a set of Kamasa combination spanners which were on offer, last weekend I used the 10mm spanner open end for the first time on a nut whish wasn't particularly tight and the jaw just snapped off. These spanners have always been good to me and offer a lifetime guarantee so obviously I sent an E-mail to them wanting a replacement spanner.

What happened next was very interesting:

The MD of the company answered my E-mail and informed me he was passing it onto their service manager and I was expecting the usual runaround, but their service manager responded and wanted my address and the product code for the set I bought, and provided a link to their product website so I could identify the correct spanner.

By Thursday I had the new replacement spanner, no messing, no arguing, no trying to avoid their commitments.

In short I felt as an honest customer, I had been treated as such and their attitude towards customers is as good as it gets, so I thought I would share this for all site users looking for a decent set of spanners from a reputable company who do actually honour their lifetime guarantee commitment and provide a level of customer service second to none.

Exactly as it should be, but still fair play to 'em for getting it right. Also well done to you - folk are quick to complain but seldom praise good service.  thumbsup
