| Yep, I'll second that. Brilliant time, just sorry I couldn't help more, too many folk viewing the truck. Looking forward to next year already. Met up with some great people. If we book now Tom, do we get 90% discount | |

| Also had a great time, didn't get to see quite as much of the show as i would have liked to as we were SO busy on our stall, but nonetheless it was brilliant. Tom, can you send me an email, need to talk to you. | |

| Thanks, both to yourselves and all the folks viewing this thread. Well, what an event!!! Couldn't believe how many turned up, it was awesome. The Display Vehicle section for instance was full by 4pm Friday, so the Sundowners (Nigel & Pamela) who kind of drifted into the role of Display Vehicle Managers had to open up new lanes to fit 'em all in! As you'd expect, the Trade Area was also bulging with interesting kit, but so was the campsite - incredible. We're going to make a promo video of the event, so watch this space for the latest news. Last but certainly not least, my personal thanks to all the assistance the members of this forum gave myself and my team before, during and after AO`13. Without a little help from my friends (a lot actually), ADVENTURE OVERLAND just wouldn't be possible. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL. | |

| Never mind Scott, can't be everywhere mate. Same weekend next year by the way, the dates are 27-28 September 2014.
Short break Sundowners??? No chance! Had a good kip this week, so now raring to go for AO`14. I tell you, BIG plans afoot. Bearing in mind the showground will be completely changed around (as per our conversation before you left N&P) I shall probably open up all bookings with the new Site Plan showing trade, display vehicles and camping on 1st November 2013, that way everyone will be informed at the same time ... fairest way.
This will also give me time to launch a clearer, faster website with online booking. Strewth, that gives me just four weeks. Initially this seems a long time, but with so much to do, the 27 days I have left will soon evaporate. | |

| Hello Tom and all those who took part in organising, traders, display vehicles, campers and clubs, and those who attended as day visitors. It was a great event, it was so good to see such an event in England.
Even though we werent officially display vehicle, we must have had over 30 visitors in one form or another. Its great to talk to like minded people.
Unfortunately we are hoping to start travelling next year so if for any reasons we are delayed we will have the consilation of being able to attend this great meet.
We had 14 members of the Silk route Motorcaravan Network in our section, and managed to recruit lots of new members too.
Have a rest Tom for a month at least.

| Thanks for the kind words one and all. Rest Pat/Neil ... no chance??? As it happens, I popped down to the racecourse today measuring up for AO`14. Some really BIG changes in the pipeline (all to be revealed by 1st November hopefully), but fully intend keeping the incredible atmosphere that has been built up by all involved at whatever level, in whatever capacity. As I have said from the beginning, it's a show for 'us'. | |

| As I said elsewhere Tug, every time I sat down for a cuppa, I promptly nodded off. Nothing whatsoever to do with turning in at 4am in the nights leading up to the weekend of course. Mental! Dug me out of a hole again mate ... owe you! | |
