Hannibal trail nr Monaco

Looking for info as where we can pick up Hannibal trail nr Monaco as want to drive it whilst we're in the alps so any info would be helpful

I've crossed Mont Cenis and the St Bernard pass many times in my trucking days but never thought of checking the Hannibal route out (not that I would have driven it in the truck) but there may have been a few signs like Elephants crossing ahead etc.
