| Merry Christmas and Happy new Forum !
I have owned several 4x4's and done some miles !
Laning throughout Wales and some parts across the border.
I also drove down through Morocco and onto The Gambia.
I presently own a SWB Pajero, SIII Lightweight and a 4.6HSE P38.
Hope to read about all your travels soon, and I would love to go away again in 2011 !!!
Off to Rome on NYD, so I think I have a free pass to play !!!

| Me, I tried to do a little reconnoitre as a prelude for an organised tour through the Balkans not so long back. I say "tried" because I thought I would get around before the snow arrived in October. No chance! Made it as far as Poland before the snow closed in and defeated me. Just one vehicle didn't help so couldn't risk tackling more extreme routes, which of course needed to do for these 'extreme routes' would have been 'ordinary' routes in September when I was planning my tour. Ho hum, another brilliant idea out of the window! Who knows, with your assistance Boyo/Yoda I could rekindle my master plan; never say never. | |
