| Does anyone have any Idea what Pro Comp or Rough Country Shocks will fit a Hyundai Terracan?
My Mate who has limited funds is needing a complete replacement. Im 90% certain that 2+" Shocks for a Shogun MK2 or Delcia will fit.
Front shocks have the pin on the top and hoop on the bottom end.
Rear shocks have the pin on the top and the hoop on the bottom end.
I have advised him to save his pennies and get something more durable for a full size truck.

| I believe Llama 4x4 are the sole importers of Rough Country shocks in the UK ... may be wrong??? Anyway, best speak to the proprietor David Round (he's the guy who launched the original British Indoor 4x4 Show at Donnington and the Overland Travel Show 2010 at Warwick Exhibition Centre BTW) as he'll put you straight. Yes he sells Rough Country shocks so you'd expect him to be biased, but he'll give you an honest answer and if his products aren't suitable for your vehicle, he'll tell you so. He's that type of bloke! Say Tom McGuigan sent you, may even get a discount ... either that or he'll slam down the receiver!!! | |

| Its not just a case of will they fit, its a case of getting the right ratings for the shocks, if you get the wrong rating, even though they physically fit, it can cause untold handling problems with the vehicle.
Many companies may supply shocks, but many will modify them by re-valving ones which are not correctly rated for your vehicle, so they are correctly rated for your vehicle.

| I know Rough Country shock come highly recommended for Frontera's and again most people on the FOG forum rate them and Llama 4x4 who sell them.
Give them a ring I'm sure they will give the correct advise they are the sort of company who want repeat business and would not sell something thats not right for your vehicle to make a quick buck.
