morocco feb 2011 mountains

ok just a few pics of our recent trip to morocco we spent 3 days in the mountains then traveled back up to fes then chefchoen then a night in tangers it was a fantastic trip,,not going to the so called tourist spots theres lots to see besides them and we saw the real morocco and there people and experianced there hospitality first hand it was an excellent trip,,,wild camping 4 nights hotel 1 night auberg 1 night and a camp site 1 night so a good mixture weather was cold ,,most nights hovering around freezing but one night dipped to -5 but was nice and snug in the roof tent,,,
so we are going again leaving april 23 for 9 days,,heading for erg chebbie this time ok anybody want to come with us,,,check out the web site,,,,tug.

Wey hey, found some snow as well, although not for actually driving in I would think. As you say, getting off the beaten track can pay dividends, nice one.

Those shepherds look an ugly bunch though, especially the one on the right with his hand in his pocket ... gruesome!

Yep, winter has that effect. Can't wait to get out there too ... I feel a recce coming on. Andalucía sounds good.
