Hi Guys,
I am currently doing a rebuild on my truck, the wheels are in need of a repaint or powder-coat, I have been running Michelin xzl's, BFG All Terrain and now General at2 on Land Rover heavy duty tubed rims, and would get a fair few punctures. My other truck has been running XZL's on tubeless rims for a couple of years now and i have had a massive reduction in punctures. what do people prefer for overland travel, tubes or tubeless? now seems like a good time to find out peoples opinion, before I spend any cash/energy on refurbishing what I already have.
The vehicle that they are fitted to is a Defender 110 CSW.
Any opinions would be more than welcome.
cheers
Louis
