Some truly excellent photos there, but even you'll admit that at times it would be difficult to take a bad one. Okay, haven't been to Oz, but in various places around the world, some rocks/sunsets/rivers/animals just jump out at you begging to be snapped.

Great write up, makes me want to achive my Aussie dream even more ... if that's at all possible! thumbsup

It certainly was a great trip and experience.

We certainly do intend to do more long trips in the future.

The level of kit on the red 110 is more then I would recommend that people need doing shorter trips especially in convoys as the level of self reliance required is much higher when you do solo trips into remote areas. Hence why I talk about needs and wants

I must get around one day to writing some more trip reports or put up some photo galleries

Time ... a precious commodity. There are'nt enough hours in the day as it is, couldn't see me getting around to writing up half the stuff I get up to. Dare say you're the same Brendan. No rest for the wicked? Join the club!!! Wink
