Hi Everyone,

Total novice and just looking to get info and learn a bit more. Stay in Scotland and have a smokehouse in my garden as well as being an offshore bore!

Currently looking into starting a mobile smokehouse to take round festivals, fares, etc etc and looking to use a defender as the base for this, also do a lot of mtb-ing and outdoor stuff and would love to start doing some adventure and camping with my kid and family so would like to get a roof tent and awning etc to make it useful for pleasure as well as business.

I extend my good wishes to all of you and hope to leech some knowledge along the way.

Hi Ross ... welcome! cheers

All the range in England are wood fired pizza ovens in the back of Defenders, a mobile smokehouse however would be a first.

Seems reasonable, good luck with the project.
