| Oh, and should mention that I posted these because Tom had asked me if I ever had a Landrover with a roof on it. I had one other LR, a series 3 SWB in Tanzania but can't find any pics of it at the moment. The only one I ever travelled with that had a roof was my first wife's Series III, which was a great vehicle. I drove it all over East and Southern Africa. Here is another picture of it, camped in Rungwa in Western Tanzania. I took its top off after this trip...too hot and stuffy...  | |

Trouble is with my photos of previous vehicles, so many of them are prints or slides - pre-digital in other words - so until I get a scanner, I'm knackered. | Tom, know what you mean...just to find these pics above I had to look through all sorts of stuff....three computer hard drives, old CD-Rs, old pictures. I have had other vehicles, jeeps and landrovers, and figure I better start looking for those pics now while I still have a chance of finding them. | |
